My Library allows you to create font lists which groups fonts together for desktop use and collaboration. Web projects and digital ads projects are similar to lists but can also be deployed online with tracking, you can even create shared folders to help keep track of all your lists and projects. Various levels of access permissions can also be granted across your entire team
