1. Can Monotype App auto-detect HTTPS proxy?
   No, if there is HTTPS proxy in the network, users will have to put the proxy details manually.
    
2. How can I enable HTTPS Proxy?
   Users can put the chages in app directly. Settings -> Proxy
    
3. How can I enable HTTPS proxy in remote deployment?
   Admins can make the changes in config.
    
4. Will the app autoupdate in HTTPS proxy?
   No, direct internet connection is required to receive app updates.

Adobe Illustrator plugin dependency

1. How can I start Enable Illustrator plugin (Remotely)
   Admin privileges are needed to activate plugin. Please use a tool like Airwatch.
    
2. You can place the .AIP file on the Illustrator plugin directory.

Missing Font workflow

1. Missing fonts screen shows 2 or more formats for a missing font with active state but still it is not applied on doc?
   Deactivate all the formats from the synced tab and reopen the doc and activate the one which is applied on doc. You might need to search on synced tab for specific fonts.
    
2. Font is missing but doesn’t show up in the missing font screen? 
   Close the doc and reopen the doc it will show the missing fonts. 
    
3. Even when the font is activated, the fonts is still showing as missing?
   Might be correct format has not been installed. Font may have more than one format; it is safer to install one format at a time. So if you are installing any fonts please make sure you have selected the right format and please make sure to install only one format at a time.
    
4. Missing fonts screen showing one format as activated and it is not taking any action? 
   Doc may have another format used and font activated is a different format. Once you select the other format to install the activated format will be deactivated because only one format can be installed for a font.
    
5. Missing fonts screen showing one format as deactivated. What does it mean?
   Deactivated fonts means fonts binary is still in the machine it’s just deregistered from the system to speed the activation and deactivation and later if this fonts will be needed then it will be fast as no need to download from the network again.
    
6. Can I activate multiple formats at same time?
   Activating multiple formats at same time may raise conflict so it is advisable to install only one format for a font.
